Tom serves as a member of the CSS Leadership Team with a focus on strategic planning and key operational initiatives. Tom’s goals are to facilitate a culture of accountability and ownership with his main focus being on profitable growth. Fun fact: He enjoys helping others expand their capacity and knowledge while creating operational enhancements and efficiencies along the way.

Melissa joined the CSS team in September 2018 in the newly created role of HR Director. Melissa has 20+ years of experience in Staffing industry and Corporate HR, with areas of expertise in Talent Acquisition & Management, Training & Development, Employment Law, Employee Engagement. and HR policies and procedures. Melissa will serve as a member of the CSS Leadership Team with a focus on strategic planning and key operational initiatives to support continued company growth. Fun Fact: Melissa is the proud mom of 2 boys and 2 cats. Her family calls her the cat whisperer, as they follow her around as soon as she gets home from work.

Alyssa is passionate about leading her team and providing first class service to the candidates and clientele of Contemporary Staffing.
