Tom’s goals are to facilitate a culture of accountability and ownership with his main focus being on profitable growth. Fun fact: He enjoys helping others expand their capacity and knowledge while creating operational enhancements and efficiencies along the way.

Abby Prince has been part of the CSS ProSearch team since 2002. She has been responsible for building the direct hire search team focusing on national sales recruiting within the Healthcare and Technology verticals. Her tenacity and ability to build solid relationships has produced significant growth. Fun fact: Abby is a die-hard baseball mom.

Alyssa Mastrangelo has been working at Contemporary Staffing since July 2012. In her years working for CSS, she was promoted from an Administrative Assistant to Staffing Specialist to Branch Manager and then to Regional Recruiting Director. Alyssa is passionate about leading her team and providing first class service to the candidates and clientele of Contemporary Staffing. Fun fact: Alyssa's favorite snack is pickles, she could eat a whole jar in one sitting!
