The past 3 weeks have been stressful and we want to help. Our employees and customers are our most important asset and we want you to know your health is important to us. Learn how mindfulness and meditation can help you manage your days.
CSS is offering you, a free opportunity to learn more about the mindfulness of meditation, and the long-term benefits of reducing stress and accepting the new normal of life today. Your well-being is our #1 priority, and CSS is offering options to ensure your state of mind and vision of the future comes with peace of mind. This is an optional opportunity for those interested. You are not required to join this event.
Our 1st session, this Friday, April 3rd at 11:30 am (EST) will be a 60-minute class via Zoom. Nancy Boudrie, founder of “Awaken with Light” will teach us about meditation and its long-term healing effects. She will spend 45 minutes explaining what we would do during a meditation session and all the components affiliated with getting so many proven scientific benefits. The last 15 minutes will be left for Q&A. Please send your questions prior to 5 pm Thursday, April 2nd to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Session #1: Topics being introduced include:
- What is mindfulness?
- The science behind how and why meditation works at managing stress and supports optimum health and peak performance.
- The Health Benefits of adopting a mindful way of living
- Some exercises that are easy to practice and use
- Ending with Q & A
Sessions #2 and #3 will be held on April 17th and May 1st respectfully at 11:30 am via Zoom for 30 minutes each. Future sessions will be invited via Event Bright if there is sufficient audience participation.
