Salesforce Administrator Insights

Salesforce is the world’s leading CRM platform and is a business that is only growing. With over 150,000 Salesforce customers, its no surprise that experience in Salesforce is a desired skill and the number of Salesforce jobs is increasing. Salesforce is a big deal to CSS Tec, the technical division of Contemporary Staffing Solutions—so much so that we just launched a website for our Salesforce consulting services!

“Chuck George leads a Salesforce Consulting practice here at CSS Tec, which is separate from our staffing business unit. We are thrilled to be able to support their team with quality talent,” says Toni Thomas, Account Executive at CSS Tec.

CSS Tec is an award-winning registered Salesforce consulting partner with successful implementations, projects, support solutions, and trainings in the mid-Atlantic region, where we currently have over 50 active projects. We have expertise in implementing and optimizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, Pardot, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and more!

The way we offer these excellent Salesforce services is through our strong Salesforce employees, including Salesforce Administrators!

What is a Salesforce Administrator?

Half project manager, half tech wizard, the Salesforce Administrator is the Renaissance Person of Salesforce. Typically, the Salesforce Administrator is the conduit between the client/organization and the development team. The Salesforce Administrator must understand the ins and outs of the client’s business to understand their needs, while also understanding all that Salesforce has to offer to best help said client. It is up to the Administrator to tackle inefficiencies and to get the organization to adopt and understand the Salesforce ecosystem. It isn’t essential for Salesforce Administrators to know coding to develop the solutions that will be implemented, but it is extremely beneficial.

“CSS is committed to be a Salesforce shop and walk our talk by using the best technology that will help us scale and grow our business!” says Sharon Tsao, CMO of Contemporary Staffing Solutions.
