- 4 cups of chopped cooked chicken
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon of table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- dash of ground red pepper
- 3/cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
gently toss chicken, eggs, celery, onions, lemon juice, table salt, celery salt, ground white pepper and red pepper in with 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. cover and chill for 2 hours.
stir in remaining 1/4 cup mayonnaise and sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley!
