- 6 limes
- 4 cups of seedless watermelon
- 3/4 cups tequilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 paper cups
- 12 food safe wood spoons
Grate the zest from 1 lime. squeeze the juice from the limes (1/2 cup). Blend watermelon and lime juice in blender till smooth. pour mixture through strainer to eliminate any solid pieces, and add tequila, sugar, and lime zest. Make sure that the sugar dissolves and then pour mixture into paper cups. cover with foil, and make a small slit to insert the spoons. freeze 8 hours.
