Recipe #1: S’mores (Bars)

Ingredients

  • 1 box Golden Grahams Cereal (Family Size)
  • 1 bag miniature marshmallows
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • 4 Giant size Hershey Bars (can be found at Walmart). If you can’t find the giant size, use 6-7 XL bars.

Instructions

Using a large microwavable bowl, melt butter in microwave. Break up chocolate bars into small blocks. Add chocolate pieces to the bowl and coat well with melted butter. Microwave for 1 minute and stir. well. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring well in between until melted. Do not rush this process as the chocolate can get overheated and seize. If that happens, add a small amount of milk (not water!) and stir well. Once melted, add cereal and coat well with chocolate. Add marshmallows and coat. Spread in greased 9×13 inch pan or greased muffin cups/mini muffin cups (for individuals servings that you don’t need to cut). Put in refrigerator for an hour. Cut in squares or pop out of muffin cups. WARNING: This stuff is addicting!
