Recipe #2: Charcuterie Board

Let’s collaborate! Since we can’t go out to eat, more people are actually cooking dinner (and lunch and breakfast).

CSS team members have submitted MANY of their best recipes that they have been creating over the last few weeks. Cupcakes, cookies, roasts and veggies, etc. Check back here every week for a new recipe for you to create!


  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Green Apples
  • Strawberries & Blackberries
  • WEGMANS roasted red tomatoes from the Mediterranean bar (they have them packaged in the produce section next to the mozz during quarantine though)
  • 1 log of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 block of muenster cheese
  • 1 block of gouda cheese
  • Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese Spread
  • Asiago & artichoke cheese dip
  • Fig Preserves
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Hard Salami
  • Peppered Salame
  • Prosciutto
  • Everything pretzel crisps
  • Baguette crisps/crostinis


  • Grab a LARGE serving board & 4 small bowls
  • Fill bowls with Asiago Cheese Dip, Fig Preserves, Dijon Mustard, & Roasted Tomatoes
  • Fill in spaces around dishes with sliced, rolled, and diced meats, cheeses, & fruits
  • Don’t forget to leave room for the pretzel crisps & baguettes (or serve on the side)
