Contemporary Staffing Solutions is hiring many direct-hire, remote Direct Endorsement (DE) Underwriters. Candidates who are hired will have all their equipment provided and sent to them directly and will receive a $70,000 annual salary.
Direct Endorsement (DE) Certified Underwriters are needed to join a Retail DE Underwriting team at a reputable mortgage company. They will be responsible for underwriting residential loans for the company’s Call Center Retail department, ensuring compliance for the company, secondary market investor standards, and applicable laws. These positions also require examination of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness and collaboration with Loan Officers and Processors to secure required documentation.
The Direct Endorsement (DE) Certified Underwriters must have:
- An active DE Certification
- 5+ years of current frontline mortgage DE Underwriting experience
- Understanding of TRID, RESPA, and Predatory Lending
