Sales Support Coordinator

 

A knowledgeable job-seeker with experience in sales is needed for a Direct-Hire Sales Support Coordinator position in Jacksonville, FL! As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for working with the customer, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience every step of the way. This position offers an annual salary of $37K.

 

Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator include:

  • Providing marketing and sales support as an extension of the Sales Team
  • Reviewing and determining the disposition of unsolicited inquires via website, email, walk-in, phone or other methods not directly linked to a salesperson
  • Researching solutions and products for House Accounts or assigned projects
  • Creating quotations, presentations and/or sales orders
  • Including obtaining artwork, custom pricing, production timing and shipping quote from suppliers
  • Working closely with Sales on developing responses to formal bid opportunities
  • Understanding and manage customer expectations and effectively communicate those expectations to internal team members from Sales Order creation and customer approval of art through delivery, proactively ensuring all order stay on track for successful completion through the billing
  • Supporting both Management and Account Team with expert understanding of project lifecycle
  • Working closely on all projects as required
  • Anticipating potential issues and plan for solutions
