Requirements

• High School diploma / GED
• Associate’s Degree preferred (Business, health, etc)
• 1 year customer service experience (or healthcare/benefits experience)
• Knowledge of health, benefits, and insurance plans preferred
• Basic computer skills

How to prepare

The entire interview process will last about 15 min. Please bring 2 forms of ID and your resume with you to the event.

What to wear

Dress code is Business Casual (slacks, button down, optional tie).
