Contemporary Staffing Solutions offers a Retirement Savings (401k) Plan managed by ADP and WhartonHill Advisors. All Temporary Associates are eligible to enroll in the 401k plan once they meet the following requirements:
– 20 years of age or older
– Completed 1,000 hours of employment with CSS AND
– Completed 1 year of employment
Once eligibility requirements are met, all Temporary Associates are auto-enrolled at 4% pre-tax, unless the Temporary Associate opts out of auto-enrollment or changes their enrollment percentage. Contemporary Staffing Solutions’ Benefit Open Enrollment will be from Wednesday, October 12th until Wednesday, November 2nd. All active Temporary Associates are eligible to participate in the Contemporary Staffing Solutions BasicCare Program through Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company. Temporary Associates are also eligible to enroll within 30 days of their hire date with CSS. The program includes the following options:
– BasicAdvantage Total/Select
– Basic Essential
– Dental Coverage
– Vision Discount Program (Included with the BasicAdvantage medical plans)
– Term Life
– Short Term Disability

Note: If you are already enrolled in the Contemporary Staffing Solutions Reliance Standard BasicCare Program, your current elections will automatically continue with the new Plan Year that begins on November 14th, 2022 UNLESS you contact Reliance Standard to change your selections.
Newly hired employees have 30 days from their hire date to enroll in the plan.
Once you enroll, your new coverage election will be effective on the first day of the pay period following the pay period in which a premium deduction occurs. Benefit Guides and Summary Plan Descriptions can be found in our ADP employee portal by going to Resources -> Forms Library.
