Post Closer - Position will start as Remote until restrictions are lifted! Must have internet access and the ability to work remote.

A knowledgeable job-seeker with experience is needed for a Post Closer position in Marlton, NJ! As the Post Closer, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing closing documents in compliance with company, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA and industry-standard rules and regulations. This position offers $19/HR.

Responsibilities of the Post Closer include:

• Reviewing Closing Disclosures
• Reviewing Collateral, Case Number Assignment, Title Commitments, Insurance Policies, PMI Certification and all loan documents for accuracy
• Reviewing all files for completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with underwriting, government, and investor and company requirements
• Maintaining open lines of communication with all parties to obtain loan status information
• Ensuring all loans are closed in strict accordance with all guidelines
• Understanding and adhere to all existing and/or changes to internal or external guidelines, processes and procedures as soon as they are implemented
• Insuring and salability of loan
• Ensuring all loans are signed, dated and notarized properly

Requirements of the Post Closer:

• One year certificate from College or Technical School
• Or a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience as a Post Closer, funder or closer
• Working knowledge of RESPA 2010, HMDA
• Able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and as a group
• Strong computer skills
