HR Coordinator

A detail oriented, knowledgeable job-seeker with experience in Human Resources is needed for an HR Coordinator position in Ewing, NJ! The HR Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the new hire and background check process at our client location. This position offers $22 an hour! 

Responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include:

• Fingerprints internal new hires and temporary associates on-site. 
• Completes I-9 forms and eVerify process.
• Assists with the New Hire and Temp Orientation program.
• Assists with administrative tasks such as filing, creating employee files, downloading documents from ATS, etc.
• Enters new hires and temps information into ADP. 
• Creates IT tickets to request equipment, accesses, etc. for new hires and temps.
• Assists the onboarding/compliance team with other activities, as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements of the HR Coordinator:

• HS Diploma or GED required, higher education a plus
• 2+ years of Human Resources assistant/coordinator experience
• Additional Customer Service experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Experience with New Hire Orientations, TALEO or other ATS, I-9 form, eVerify and ADP preferred 
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hours Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
