Our client is looking to add a contract resource to help aid in their completion of a Windows 7-10 migration project. Desktop Techs will be charged with Hard drive and computer image preparation and deployment throughout All of the organization. Individuals will be partnered with an Employee to complete the project. There are 1,200 workstations to still be migrated.

Techs will be working on PCs and Laptops that have a large amount of local data stored on the machines. There are hundreds of apps that our client use that Users could need on their machines. There will be a lot of backup needed. Techs will be equipped with 2 Terabyte external drives to temporarily move data to while their re-imaging the machine and then reloading the data from the drive to the machine.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Altiris for imaging and deployment
• Experience transferring data between local machines and network storage
• Strong customer service skills and deskside etiquette
