Mortgage Associate

Mortgage Associates are needed for positions in Mount Laurel, NJ! As a Mortgage Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their mortgage, completing data entry, and completing functions for mortgage closing and mortgage processing. These positions offer $16 to $18 an hour!

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

  • Handling duties during the mortgage closing and processing process.
  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their mortgages.
  • Making outbound calls based on campaigns.
  • Maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Entering data into company systems.
  • Taking on additional job duties as assigned.
  • Willing to work any time between 8am to 10pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.

Requirements of the Mortgage Associate:

  • Mortgage experience (closing or processing)
  • Call Center experience
  • Data Entry experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Computer proficient and able to navigate Lead Management Systems
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
