The Senior Project Manager effectively applies Project Management methodology and processes as set forth by the organization and enforces project standards. Senergy is the software they are currently using and upgrading for their document management. This team will need a strong PM who have used this software or something similar’.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple functions, developing strong relationships and partnerships across business units and with senior executives
  • Ensure scope of project is clearly defined, documented, and understood by project team
  • Create project plans with the project team, identify dependencies, assign resources, and maintain and track throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Manage project scope and execute Change Management as needed
  • Minimize exposure and risk on project through identification of risks early and provide thoughtful and timely recommendations for risk avoidance and mitigation
  • Create, maintain and communicate as appropriate project risk and issue logs, and escalate when necessary
  • Prepare accurate and timely project level reporting, and deliver to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Develop, execute and monitor project specific resource management plans
  • Prepare and track project budget
  • Establish and facilitate regular project team meetings
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items to resolution
  • Provides feedback on performance of project team members

Education and Specific Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Must have experience within the Mortgage Industry
