CSS processes payroll weekly. Holidays and other closures may affect the pay date. Pay day is every Thursday, provided your timecard is submitted and approved by Monday at 10:00 AM EST.

Log into ADP at www.workforcenow.adp.com:

  • Paystubs: Click Myself > Pay > Pay Statements
  • W-2 Forms (Available after Jan 31): Click Myself > Pay > Pay & Tax Statements

Log into ADP Workforce Now:

  • Navigate to Myself > Pay > Payment Options to add or manage bank accounts.

Visit ADP Workforce Now, then go to:
Myself > Pay > Tax Withholdings > Federal W-4

Your first paycheck is usually a live paper check, mailed from our Moorestown, NJ office on Thursday via USPS. Please allow for standard postal delivery.
Direct Deposit becomes active the week after authorization is complete.

Please contact Payroll for assistance in initiating a reissue process.

CSS does not offer paid time off for holidays, vacation, or bereavement.

Time Entry & Bullhorn Time System

💻 You must log in from a desktop the first time.

Login Instructions:

  • Please register first.
  • PIN: Last four digits of your primary phone number on file
  • Set up your email and password on first login.
  • For password issues, use the reset link on the login page.

Time Entry Process:

  1. From the dashboard, click the week ending date.
  2. Click the day to enter your hours.
  3. Enter In/Out times, click OK.
  4. Add comments or attachments if needed.
  5. Once all days are complete, click Submit.
  6. Status will change to Pending Approval

⏰ Important:

  • Timecards must be submitted and approved by Monday at 10:00 AM EST.
  • Weekly pay is processed every Thursday. Pay dates may be adjusted due to holidays or other closures.

Once submitted, an email is sent to your manager with a link to review and approve your time.

Please contact Payroll so we can facilitate approval through an alternate contract.

Ensure you are using the last four digits of your phone number on file as your PIN — not your SSN.

Sick Time & Leave Requests

CSS offers paid sick time in compliance with local/state laws. To request use:

  • Contact Payroll to check your eligibility.
  • If eligible, an e-signature form will be sent to you
    * Do not enter sick time directly into the timekeeping system.
