This direct hire opportunity is with a global manufacturing company located in Boothwyn, PA. The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes within SAP B1 and any of the following entities: Customers, Inside Sales Representatives, Area Sales Managers, Generation/ Processing of documentation directly correlated to the return process (i.e. spreadsheets, 8D reports, Inspection Reports, Repair Quotations, Freight Shipments, etc.) is a critical aspect of the position. Coordinate with technicians to ensure as much necessary information is on-hand prior to drafting inspection reports for all RMAs. Reports should always be clear and accurate, conveying root cause of issue to the customers. In addition, the promotion of quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization, both in regard to co-respect to product deficiency, prior to release. Perform any/all measurements per request on any/all items to ensure that product conformity and quality standards are upheld.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate the RMA process

·         Drafting/completion of reports (Inspection, 8D, SCAR, etc.)

·         Process credit/debit memos linked to quality issues

·         Inform customer of inspection/evaluation results

·         Prepare inspection quotes

·         Issue pre-release inspections for product permitting it’s necessary

·         Generate statistical data for monitoring the quality performances of the company

·         Perform measurement of any/all products with correctly calibrated tooling

·         Assist mechanics during inspection of returned merchandise

·         Generate Corrective Action Requests (where necessary)

·         Assist customers in field when/where necessary

·         Additional responsibilities added as necessary

Position Requirements

·         Proficiency w/ Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PDF, Outlook, SAP B1, & ISO9001

·         Leadership ability

·         Flexibility with coordinating multiple tasks at a time

·         Strong communication skills: inclusive of ability to convey/teach methodology via email, telephone, in-person

·         Background in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical industries
