Job Title: Healthcare Policy Enablement Project Lead

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Policy Enablement Project Lead to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. Compensation:
$46/hour
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week | 8:00 AM start time | Hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Key Responsibilities of the Healthcare Policy Enablement Project Lead:
- Oversee implementation activities, project timelines, readiness planning, risk tracking, and issue management for healthcare policy related initiatives.
- Coordinate work across internal teams and offshore resources to support operational execution, project deliverables, and business objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, leadership updates, governance discussions, and status reporting to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Analyze healthcare operational data and reporting metrics to identify trends, support decision making, and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, testing records, reporting tools, knowledge transfer materials, and collaboration resources to support ongoing operations.
- 5+ years of experience within a healthcare payer, health insurance, or related healthcare operations environment.
- Hands on experience supporting medical policy administration, policy enablement activities, and project management initiatives within a regulated healthcare setting.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional efforts and coordinate deliverables across both onsite and offshore teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including pivot tables, complex formulas, reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
- Experience with policy configuration, SharePoint documentation management, HealthRules, or related business systems is preferred; professional certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
