Senior Technical Accountant #103869

Our client, an international manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Technical Accountant with SEC experience for its Allentown location! CPA required! This is a direct hire opportunity offering up to $115,000 ! 

Responsibilities:

• Accounting and disclosures for company-wide incentive compensation plans including cash- and share-based
• Assist in the preparation consolidated financial statements
• Assist with the preparation and filing of all external reporting and investor filing including the annual 10-K report to shareholders and the SEC, quarterly press release, quarterly 10-Q, etc.
• Complete statutory financial statements
• Participate in the research and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of letters to FASB and SEC

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• 3-5+ years of related experience, including previous public accounting experience
• Previous experience in the following industries: manufacturing, chemicals, biotech, pharma
• Strong SEC and GAAP experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
