Each month at CSS, we have a “Purple Cow Award” that is given to an internal employee. This award, and what is represents, is based on the book “Purple Cow” by Seth Godin. A “Purple Cow” is someone who stands out in a crowd for being remarkable.
An excerpt from the book reads:

Shakonnah is currently a Recruiter / Payroll Coordinator in our Philadelphia, PA office. She started working as a Staffing Specialist at Contemporary Staffing Solutions in May 2011. Shakonnah will continue to grow as a Recruiter / Payroll Coordinator on her journey at CSS.
