• Previous customer service experience (call center preferred but not required!)
• Able to type more than 35 WPM
• Able to work four ten-hour days a week either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
• Shifts that can be selected: 9 AM to 7:30 PM, 9:30 AM to 8 PM, and 7:30 PM to 6 AM
• Attend a two-week paid training, Monday through Friday, from either 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 4 PM-12:30 AM
• Pay starts at $12/HR ($12.50/HR if bilingual) and top performers can earn up to $16.65/HR!
